Parkland Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a second Lunch and Learn event in February.
Set for next Tuesday at the Parkland Rec Complex, Chamber Executive Director Stephen Chychota says this one is entitled "Future Forward".
"It is regarding Indigenous relationships and some of the opportunities that some organizations that we have in Manitoba have going on. And some of their perspectives and what they can share with our local business community on what they can take advantage of, what they can get involved with and what they can get their staff involved with or be mindful of what is coming down the pipe."
Representatives from the Indigenous Chamber of Commerce, Northwest Metis Council, and Assiniboine College will all be speaking at this event.
Tickets must be pre-purchased by contacting the Chamber in person or through their website.
There are special rates for both members and non-chamber members.
