Police are looking for the driver of a speeding stolen car that rear-ended another vehicle just south of Brandon.
Blue Hills RCMP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 10 around 1 this morning, in which police say a southbound 2006 gray Acura T-L flipped another vehicle by rear-ending it at high speed.
The driver of the flipped vehicle, a 41-year-old woman from the RM of Sifton, west of Brandon, had three fingers amputated as a result. A 20-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries.
RCMP say the driver of the Acura fled on foot, and the Acura was later reported stolen to Brandon Police.
The suspect is described as a 40-year-old man, approximately 5'10", with a medium build, wearing a black hoody
