A radio shock jock who hosted ``Opie and Anthony'' is facing charges. Police in New York's Nassau County arrested Anthony Cumia over a fight with a woman at his home. He was arraigned on a charge of second-degree strangulation. He was released without bail _ but a judge ordered him to stay away from the woman. Cumia is 54 and is due back in court in January. ADELE - SALES

These days, Adele's biggest competition when it comes to album sales _ is herself. Her new release ``25'' continues at the top of the Billboard album charts. Rolling Stone magazine notes that none of the new releases last week could even dent the top-10 on the albums chart. It all adds up to ``25'' being the bestselling album in the U-S since 2011. RAPPER - UNLIKELY DANCE HIT

It took 35-dollars and an idea _ but iLoveMemphis was able to parlay that into an unlikely hit. He says he was listening to Rich Homie Quan's song ``Flex'' in his backyard.

And as he danced to the tune, he thought he should make up a song based on the dance people were doing to Flex. He says it cost 35-dollars to record ``Hit The Quan.'' He says he laid down the tracks on a Sunday _ and realized by Tuesday that it would be a hit.

He was right. Celebrities from Dwayne Johnson to Chris Brown, Kendrick Lamar and Terry Crews _ along with people from teens to police officers _ have posted online videos of themselves hitting the Quan.

FRED DURST - UKRAINE

He wanted to buy property in Crimea. But now the leader of Limp Bizkit is banned from the disputed region. Reports in the Ukrainian news media say the nation's national security service has banned Fred Durst from entering the country for five years. Back in October, Durst was quoted as saying he wanted to buy land in Crimea, the Black Sea region that was annexed by Russia in 2014. An online publication quotes a security official as saying Durst's ban is ``in the interests of guaranteeing the security of our state.''
