EAGLES OF DEATH METAL - SPEAK
Eagles of Death Metal are home safe and trying to make sense of what happened. They were several songs into their set at their concert in Paris on Friday when three gunmen burst into the club and opened fire. Eighty-nine people died at the club. All Eagles of Death Metal shows are on hold until further notice. The band members say their thoughts and hearts are with all the people who died, including their merchandise seller and three record label staffers. They say they are bonded in grief with the victims, the fans, the families, the citizens of Paris and all those affected by terrorism. However, they say they are proud to stand with their new family, ``now united by a common goal of love and compassion.''

CARLY SIMON - ``YOU'RE SO VAIN'' - REVEALED
After 44 years of being coy about who Carly Simon wrote ``You're So Vain'' about, she's just coming out and saying it:
it's Warren Beatty. Well, the second verse is. That's the one that starts, ``You had me several years ago when I was still quite naive.'' Simon tells People magazine even though Beatty thinks the whole song is about him, the other two verses are about two other men. O-K, who? Simon won't say. She says she won't reveal that unless she tells the two men that she wrote it with them in mind.
Simon says she didn't think she'd ever even reveal the song was about more than one person, and she can't believe that people still care. Simon's autobiography, ``Boys in the Trees: A Memoir,'' comes out Tuesday.

WILLIE NELSON - HONOURED

Last night he became the first country artist to be awarded the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song. The honour comes from the Library of Congress. At a tribute concert in Washington, Nelson said a lot of things have happened in his 82 years, but this is one of the best. Nelson performed, as did Jamey Johnson and Alison Krauss, among others. The concert will air on P-B-S in January.

ENYA MIGHT - TOUR
Enya is toying with the idea of touring. Enya rarely performs in public, even though she enjoys it. She says she just never had the time, and she fell into a pattern of studio work.
When she first started to get popular, her record label wanted her to tour but got scared when she talked about how expensive it would be, because she'd need choirs and maybe an orchestra. She went back to the studio instead. Enya says once she starts on new music, that's her main focus. It takes her about three years to make an album. Her latest is ``Dark Sky Island,'' out tomorrow.

VANESSA CARLTON - ``LIBERMAN''
Vanessa Carlton can trace the origin of her latest album, ``Liberman'', to three years ago when she ate peyote with a friend in Mexico. Carlton says it was amazing but not crazy, and she had a shift in perspective after that. She wanted to make a meditative album that ``slips into you like water.'' Carlton says she hopes ``Liberman'' can be the kind of record that you can put on and slip into another world in ``the muted cave of your headphones.''

The male model comedy features an assassin out to kill ``the world's most beautiful people,'' and the Canadian pop superstar appears to be one of them. A newly released trailer for the film shows Bieber being chased down by an assassin on a motorbike. In the next shot, Bieber is apparently injured on the ground, and uses his phone to take a selfie before saying, ``Peace out, world.'' The movie, directed by and starring Ben Stiller, is due out in February.
