Manitoba Agriculture business development specialist Annette Allen says the workshop is for any livestock producers.
"The demand for local food is certainly growing so anyone who may want to take advantage of that trend might want to check out this workshop."
The workshop will be held at St Viator's Church November 16th 4pm to 8:30pm.
Allen says you can register pretty much right up to the date with her.
