Hydro public affairs officer Bruce Owen says power was off for about 25 minutes, starting at about 9 this morning, for the entire Dauphin area, including Winnipegosis, Grandview, and Ste. Rose.

 

He says they're still investigating the cause, but were able to quickly switch to an alternate power supply.
