Water remains off for rural residents of Grandview.
A spokesperson for the municipality is asking rural residents to conserve water when it comes back to allow the reservoir to refill.
There is no estimate as to when the reservoir will be filled, but the hope is water service will be restored tonight.
This does not affect residents in the town.
