An Extreme cold warning is in effect for communities including, Rossburn, Erickson, Waywayseecappo, Kelwood, Shoal Lake, Minnedosa, and Riding Mountain National Park.
These communities will feel wind chill of -40 or below.
Conditions are expected to improve later this morning.
