A Holiday Swim Fundraiser is being hosted by the Dauphin Swim Ability chapter.
The event is on Sunday at from 1:30 to 4:00 in the afternoon with a bake sale, raffle prizes, games and a swim.
Co-ordinator for Dauphin Swim Ability, Kelsy Black, talks about the program.
“Swim Ability is a program that provides swimming instruction to children with special needs and it caters to every swimmer’s individual abilities, their goals, what they would like to get out of the program in terms of water safety, knowledge and swimming instruction,” explained Black.
The cost to get in is $20 per family of four or $6 per individual with all proceeds to assist the program in covering costs.
