A Waywayseecappo First Nation man is sentenced to 10 months in jail after breaking into the chief's home and then deliberately ignoring the order by the courts to not return to the community.
39 year old Peter John Cook, pleaded guilty to forcible entry, assault, failing to comply with a recognizance and fleeing from a police officer.
It has been noted that Cook was not satisified with the housing and political situation on the First Nation.
