The family of an Alberta woman who was killed in the Las Vegas shootings says they are overwhelmed by the support they have received from across North America.
Thirty-four-year-old Tara Roe of Okotoks, originally from Brandon, was among four Canadians killed in the attack.
Zach Roe says the support has ranged from money to meals to the Calgary Flames inviting his two sons to a practice to meet the team.
Her parents, Mark and Brenda Smith, and her sister, Tami Spiropoulos, gave a special thank-you to Westjet, saying the company has treated them like family.
