Dauphin's skate park is getting a BMX track, but the committee in charge wants to know how it should be built.
Rod Carberry, chair of the skatepark committee, says they have a basic idea, but they want the people who will be using the BMX trail to help design it.
"We really just need to know what it needs to look like, and we're really relying on some feedback from the guys who want to use it to help us out. You know, but, we are getting into the season, and I guess if we don't get that feedback then, you know, they'll have a bunch of old people figuring out what it should look like and making it happen just to complete the project."
Carberry says the sooner they get some ideas, the sooner they can start building.
A call-to-action was put on the D-Town Plaza Facebook page earlier this month.
