Ecole Macneill students were able to get to school on time today despite an early morning call by the Dauphin Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to an alarm at the school around 5 am.
With the help of school administrative staff, members of the DFD were able to find the alarms culprit: a faulty detector head.
Nothing was damaged as a result of the incident, and fire fighters were able to quickly replace the faulty device.
