There's only one week left for people looking to file their tax returns for 2014.
The Canada Revenue Agency says they've so far received 3.3 million tax returns in Manitoba as of April 20.
Kevin Lloyd, communications manager for the CRA in Manitoba says 88 per cent of those returns have been received electronically, which is something they want to see more of.
"It's a lot more efficient in that we don't have to re-enter the data that people prepare. They've got to put the numbers down on their returns as they've got them, so there's less error possibilities as it's being transcripted. It's environmentally way more friendly, we're not handling as much paperwork and we can process the returns and if there's a refund coming, they'll get it back as soon as they can. Generally it's a 12 day turnaround."
Lloyd says even if people don't have all the information needed for the tax returns, they should still file by the April 30 deadline and then request an adjustment later if necessary.
