The lone vacant seat in the Manitoba Legislature will be filled by the end of tonight.
A provincial by-election is taking place in The Pas after the resignation of previous MLA Frank Whitehead last year.
The candidates in the by-election are Amanda Lathlin for the NDP, Jacob Nasekapow for the Progressive Conservatives, and Inez Vystrcil-Spence for the Liberals.
The polls close tonight at 8 PM.
