Two veteran Brandon police officers are facing obstruction charges after an investigation into an alleged assault at a bar in the city in 2014.
Winnipeg Police began investigating last year after a man with a family relationship to a Brandon officer said he'd been assaulted by another officer.
Sergeant Dallas Lockhart has been charged with attempting to obstruct justice and obstruction of a police officer. Constable Shane Stephenson is charged with one count of obstruction of justice.
