Have you taken pictures of animals, landscapes, or Nature lately? If so, you can enter them into the Dauphin Library's photo contest.
This is the third time the library has put on this contest where the winners work gets displayed in the Library.
With this year's contest, they brought in an open category for Young Photographers, which Supervisor of the Dauphin Public Library, Glenn Irvine says, is for kids 14 and under.
"We were getting a lot of entries from younger people and we thought that making a dedicated category for them would be ideal" says Irvine.
Last year they had 100 photos submitted.
Deadline to submit your photos is by August 31st at 8 pm and you have to have an active Parkland Regional Library membership to participate.
