The Parkland Crop Diversification Foundation is holding its annual field day south of Roblin.
James Frey, a diversification technician with Manitoba Agriculture, says there'll be a little something for many different producers.
"We're going to be looking at some cereals crops, special crops like hemp and quinoa... we also have a bit of forages, some oilseeds."
Not only that, but those attending are getting a free lunch which includes fruit from a trial they ran.
"We have some Haskap berries that we've picked from our trials and those are going to be served on Haskap ice cream."
The event began at noon.
