With the provincial NDP fully reunited, Dauphin MLA Stan Struthers and six other MLAs can once again attend caucus meetings.
Premier Greg Selinger announced the reunification today after a caucus meeting at a monestary.
Dauphin MLA Stan Struthers didn't get into the specifics of the meeting, but says there were honest discussions about what the party needed to focus on.
"I think it was a good opportunity for all of us to give advice. Many of us have been elected representatives for quite some time and we've gained some experience, we've gained some political wisdom, we've gained some networks around so that we can get our job done. And it's good to have an opportunity to bring all of us together to make sure that we can plan for the future, and to go forward."
Struthers says the party has to move forward, or else they will be turning the government over to Brian Pallister and the Progressive Conservatives.
