A woman is dead after a car collision in the RM of Brokenhead yesterday morning.
At approximately 8:00 am, Oakbank RCMP were called to a serious collision involving two vehicles at an intersection in the RM of Brokenhead.
RCMP say the eastbound pickup truck collided with the passenger side of a southbound SUV at the intersection.
The female driver of the pickup truck suffered non life threatening injuries.
The driver of the SUV, a local 44 year-old female, was transported to a local hospital and was later pronounced deceased.
RCMP say alcohol does not appear to be a factor, and they are using a traffic analyst to investigate what led to the collision.
