The Boots, Buckles, and Ballgowns Gala was an overwhelming success at the Richardson Pioneer Community Hall in Gilbert Plains.
Hosted by the Gilbert Plains Community Fund, Charlene Gulak is thrilled to announce that more than $22,000.00 was given to local community projects. 10 organizations shared $21,050.00, while the Gilbert Plains Personal Care Home was provided $2,244.00.
"It was a wonderful evening. We are pleased to announce that more than $22,000 was given to the community," said Gulak.
Among the recipients was the Gilbert Plains Medical Clinic, which received $2,500.00, while Grand Plains Handivan received $3,800.00.
