Manitoba Wildfire Spreading
About 100 people continue to be out of their homes due to a wildfire in the Whiteshell area on the Manitoba-Ontario boundary.
Officials with the Wildfire Program of Manitoba Sustainable Development says the fire is now seven square kilometres in size.
That's five square kilometres more than the day before.
So far, there's no reports any homes have been damaged, and it's not clear exactly how many homes are threatened by the fire.
Another much larger wildfire near Ontario-Manitoba border has forced the evacuation of people in the Beresford cottage subdivision of Nopiming Provincial Park.

A Manitoba man is facing child porn and bestiality charges following an online investigation that began in Switzerland.
Winnipeg police say they were contacted by Swiss authorities who alleged that someone using an IP address in the city was distributing child pornography to other users.
Police say several electronic devices were seized during a raid on a residence and numerous videos and images of child porn were found involving children between two and 12 years old.
A 36-year-old Winnipeg man is charged with possessing, accessing and distributing child pornography, as well as with bestiality.

Police and military continue to oversee the relocation of people who had to flee north to oil sands work camps as the blaze entered the city earlier this week.
Authorities say about 1,200 vehicles had passed through Fort Mac by late yesterday afternoon, despite a one-hour interruption due to heavy smoke.

Manitoba Patient Granted Assisted Death
For the second time, a Manitoba judge has granted a patient the right to die with the help of a doctor.
This time, the patient is living with ALS, a terminal neurodegenerative disease.
The woman, who cannot be named due to a publication ban, has lived with ALS since 2012.
Allison Fenske, one of the woman's lawyers, told the judge the woman's health has rapidly deteriorated recently. Fenske said her client lives in constant fear of choking to death.
