Their motto is to end global hunger and they're doing a great job at it.
The Canadian Foodgrains Bank is a Christian response organization that aims to end global hunger by having different harvest projects across Canada to give the money to countries that need it most.

Regional representative for CFGB for Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario, Harold Penner says there are 40 projects in Manitoba and last year they gave away $43 million to 40 different countries and he says that it wouldn't have been possible without everyone's help.

"It's very exciting to see the high level of support that we have. The many many people who volunteer their time, money, and their effort to help end global hunger. It just really shows how important this cause is and how close to the heart it really is."

Penner says that in Manitoba they had 5,850 acres of farm land last year.
