Manitoba Hydro says it was a faulty breaker that knocked out the power for about 14,000 customers this morning.
The power was only out for about 15 minutes this morning around 9am.
Public Affairs Director Bruce Owen says 10 communities were affected, including Dauphin, Winnipegosis, Gilbert Plains, Grandview, and Ochre River.
The breaker has been repaired.
