The City of Dauphin is getting an early start on street sweeping tonight and tomorrow.
It's a preliminary street cleaning, and Public Works Director Bill Brenner says they won't spend a ton of time doing it, but they'll try and clean up as much as they can.
"It's just dust flying around downtown. We know there's a lot of dust in the air and that kind of stuff and it's going to make everything dirty. Normally, we wouldn't be out this early in the year, but the weather has proven that we need to get out there and clean things up."
There is a chance of rain tomorrow, which Brenner says will wash a lot of the dust away.
