You can not go wrong with some homemade baked goods.

50 parishioners from the St. Viators Roman Catholic Church here in Dauphin are baking from the love in their hearts to help raise money for different charities.

Adeline Bourgouin, president of Catholic Women's League (CWL) says they like being able to provide a bake sale that sells homemade baked goods because it makes them feel good and finds that they work the best in raising money.

"There are people that don't bake or there are people that are alone, or some people don't have time to bake, and many young parents that are both working may not have time. And if they happen to come to the mall with their children, children will say, mom can we have this can we have that? That's basically what it is. Its a service that we find there is never anything left over."

The bake sale starts at 9am-1pm and is being held at the Dauphin Marketplace Mall.
