Parks Canada is taking precautions against zebra mussels in Riding Mountain National Park.
Boats will still be able to launch from the Clear Lake Boat Cove and East End area near the Clear Lake Golf Course, but the launches at Frith Beach and the Spruces day-use area will be closed.
Free mandatory inspections will also continue for all boats with and without a motor.
Parks Canada says last year, 45 of the 2300 vessels inspected had to be decontaminated.
They also say permits and decals issued in 2015 will not be valid in 2016.
