Starting out with only $11.50 and 13 people, the Catalyst Credit Union is proud to celebrate 75 years for everyone to see!
In celebration of this milestone, they have been working for the past 2 and a half years on their book they like to call "The History of Dauphin Plains Credit Union."
President and CEO, Ron Hedley says the idea behind the book was from people within the office.
"Well I think it was a combination of the board and the staff and just wanted to put something together that captured the history of Dauphin Plains and moving forward into as the Catalayst Credit Union."
The book was unveiled last night at the Dauphin Countryfest Cinema. The book will now be available for purchase at the Catalyst Credit Union for $5.
