The Roblin Knox United Church is putting on a concert!
The concert has all volunteer performers and all proceeds are going to the Roblin Food Bank, as well as for the Syrian Family Fund.
Grace Skomorowski, office administrator for the church says that they are sponsoring the refugee family that has come to Dauphin.
"We are helping them out financially. We can't manage to have a refugee family of our own, so we are helping them. It makes us feel good. Gratitude is a good thing. We are grateful that we are doing well ourselves, so we want to contribute to some cause that we can help other people feel grateful."
The event starts tomorrow night at 7, and admission is a free will offering.
