Thursday is the night to become a Scouts leader!
Scouts Canada is holding a volunteer recruitment meeting in Dauphin on Thursday.
Saskatchewan and Manitoba Support Manager for Scouts Canada Jason Cameron says it's a great opportunity for you and your kids to get involved with the group.
"If you want your child to be in Beavers this year, and you believe in what Scouts is doing and what we're here to do for the youth, then be all means, step up, become a Beaver leader, and register your youth as well."
Cameron says, in addition to being a Scout leader, they're also looking for people for their committees.
Scouts Canada's recruitment meeting will take place at the Dauphin First United Church on Thursday at 6:30 pm
