Two management positions are up for grabs at Dauphin Rec Services.
General manager Terry Payne wants to retire this spring.
He says the biggest asset for a candidate to have is good common sense when dealing with staff and customers and a good sense of proportion is required.
"Some things are important, some things aren't. Some things need to be done right away, others can be planned further in advance and stuff, so I think it's just sort of a good level head."
Payne says when he took the position he came from a business management background, not a recreation one, and it may be nice to have the next GM have more of a recreation focus.
The DRS' financial and human resources manager is also leaving, and they are looking to fill the position.
