The weather has been keeping Manitoba Hydro crews busy.
Hydro says crews have de-iced more than 3,600 kilometres of lines in southern Manitoba and the Parkland.
Work in some areas is expected to continue over the weekend.
Hydro is also cautioning snowmobilers to be on the lookout for low-hanging power lines, as ice-loading is causing some to sag significantly.
