A young Dauphinite got to meet her hero when she and two friends went to Winnipeg for a dance convention.
Bianca Beaudin, Jelly Fiola Johnson, and Shengli Peterson bought tickets to Raw Motion Dance on December 6, which featured dance instruction from stars of The Next Step on Family Channel.
They got autographs and pictures, and Beaudin says she met her hero Britney Raymond.
The girls are members of Charise Beer Dance Studio, but The Next Step performers had them working a little harder than they're used to.
They say it was really intense, even in the beginner group, but it was fun.
The girls learned hip hop, contemporary, jazz, and lyrical dance styles. They say lyrical was their favourite.
