An auction in Gilbert Plains to help fundraise for the new community hall and legion clubroom isn't going to happen.
Reeve Blake Price says they didn't get enough items to warrant going forward with it.
He says the timing may have been part of the problem, with harvest underway.
Price doesn't believe it will change anything as far the hall, they will just have to move forward and fundraise in a different way.
