Just under $4000 have been raised so far through Dauphin's Red Shoe Crew Walk last weekend.
Ronald McDonald House Manitoba says the walk was the second most successful one money wise, and the third most populated walk with 42 participants.
Organizer Curtis Kaleta says it's looking very likely that the event will return next year.
"I believe the Ronald McDonald House themselves will keep it as an annual event for next year. Just build from the success of this year onto next year. They're looking at doing it in a different month, but they do plan on doing it again."
Participants in the walk are still allowed to collect and submit pledges until October 12.
