Three of Manitoba biggest lakes will be hit with some strong winds for the next few days.
Environment Canada has issued strong wind warnings for Lake Winnipegosis, Lake Manitoba and both the north and south basins of Lake Winnipeg.
Wind speeds of 25 knots, or 46 km/h are expected to hit the three lakes by tomorrow evening, with the north basin of Lake Winnipeg expected to reach 30 knots of 56 km/h by Monday.
The forecast for Lake Winnipegois is calling for speeds to lower to 15 knots, or 28 km/h, by Saturday morning.
