Coffee & a Chat in Swan River

Service to Seniors Swan River and the New Horizon's for Seniors Program is offering a Coffee & Chat session on Thursday January 30th at the Swan River Senior Citizen Centre from 10am to 12noon. This month's topics include Addicitons and over the counter medicatons, mental health and the Strive to Thrive program. Blood pressure testing will also be available and a light lunch will be served. Everyone is welcome.
