Lake St. Martin School Immunizations

Nurses will be a the Lake St. Martin School for immunizations on Tuesday January 28th and Wednesday January 29th. If you have students in grade 6 to 9, parents are encouraged to come and sign the consent forms. Transporation is provided if needed. To schedule transporation, call 204-659-2499. There will be a draw for a 50" TV with wall mount for those who sign their childs consent forms.
