Dauphin / Parkland Candlelight Vigil for Ukraine

The Ukrainian community in Dauphin is inviting all Dauphin and Parkland area residents to participate in a Candlelit Vigil in Solidarity with Ukraine to commemorate 365 days of war. The Vigil will take place on Friday February 24th at 6:30pm in front of the City Hall by the Ukrainian statues. The Dauphin and Parkland Area continues to stand with Ukraine during this difficult time. There will be a short program of prayer, dignitary speeches, and song.
