Today we’re speaking with University of Manitoba assistant professor Dr. Renée El-Gabalawy, who is also a clinical psychologist with Shared Health. Dr. El-Gabalawy offers us some great insight into how exercise can be an effective tool to combat the increased stress and anxiety brought on by the pandemic. We also discuss some of the positives that may arise out of this pandemic situation.
