LAWSUIT - BOSTON'S TOM SCHOLZ
Massachusetts' highest court has thrown out a lawsuit filed by Tom Scholz of Boston against the ex-wife of singer Brad Delp and the Boston Herald. Scholz had sued after the Herald quoted Delp's ex-wife, Micki, in comments that could be construed as blaming Scholz for Delp's suicide in 2007. A lower court had thrown out the lawsuit in 2011, but an appeals court reinstated it. The Supreme Judicial Court found Micki Delp's statements were opinions, so they could not form the basis of a defamation claim. Scholz's publicist released a statement saying Scholz is disappointed and the decision means people will be free to accuse each other of causing another person's suicide, even when it's not true.

EAGLES OF DEATH METAL - PARIS CONCERT
Eagles of Death Metal touring drummer Julian Dorio says he is counting the days until he can finish their concert in Paris. Three attackers stormed their concert and opened fire, leaving 89 dead. Dorio says he is beyond grateful that he was able to find a way out of the venue and mourning those who did not. He thanks many people who were brave that night, including a man named Arthur that Dorio says ran for his life right next to him and selflessly put the band into a taxi before himself.
