Coffee and a Chat in Birch River

Service to Seniors Swan River is offering a Coffee and a Chat session at the Birch River Drop In Centre on Tuesday August 26th from 10am to 12noon. The topics will be Positivity and Optimism and the owner of Creative Spirit will explain how students make their elders a medicine box from nature and the new classroom garden, there will also be a chance to sample some Valley Made Natural teas. Blood pressure testing will also be available. Kids, grandchildren and guests are welcome to attend.
