The Dauphin Clippers hockey team enjoyed the Winnipeg Jets beat the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday night.

On Sunday morning, they will be playing for a B-side championship at the Piper Classic Tournament of Champions in Winnipeg. 

The Clippers came from behind to beat the Lord Selkirk Royals in overtime, 5-4, in the semi-finals on Saturday afternoon. Ethan Carnegie was the hero with his overtime winner. Carnegie scored one other goal in the game while Boston Karlson, Julien Lopez, and Noah Hanneson also scored for the Clippers in the win. Ethan Myhre was a brick wall in net as he made 49 saves. 

Dauphin will play the host John Taylor Pipers on Sunday morning.
