One school renovation project the Mountain View School Division had planned for this summer has been put on hold.
The wall replacement at Winnipegosis Elementary will not take place this year due to difficulties in obtaining historical structural data for the facility, and the expanded scope of the project putting it behind schedule.
MVSD says if they started the project this summer, the construction process would extend well into the next school year.
Tendering of the project has been delayed until January 2016, with construction anticipated to start in May 2016.
