Public health officials announced 22 new COVID-19 cases in the province today.

• One case is in the Prairie Mountain Health region
• Zero cases are in the Interlake-Eastern Health region
• Three cases are in the Northern Health region
• Five cases are in the Southern Health–Santé Sud health region
• 13 cases are in the Winnipeg Health region

Dauphin has zero active cases of COVID-19.

The numbers of active cases in other Parkland health districts are:

Riding Mountain (0), Swan River (0), Duck Mountain (0), Porcupine Mountain (6), Agassiz Mountain (21), Asessippi (0), Little Saskatchewan (0), Whitemud (1). Brandon has five active cases.

In the Interlake, the Eriksdale/Ashern health district has nine active cases. The Fisher/Peguis district has 105 active cases.

The current five-day positivity rate is 2.6 percent provincially and 1.9 percent in Winnipeg. 1,345 laboratory tests were completed yesterday.

There are 528 active COVID-19 cases in the province.

95 Manitobans are hospitalized with COVID-19, including:

Six Manitobans in intensive care units with active COVID-19.

74.6% of those 12 and over in Dauphin are at least partially vaccinated.

Manitoba also released COVID-19 numbers that have not been made available since last week, stating that 101 new cases of the virus have been identified since Friday.

27 cases on Saturday, 34 cases on Sunday, 18 cases Monday, and 22 cases today. 

Of the 101 cases reported since Friday:

• Three cases are in the Prairie Mountain Health region
• 24 cases are in the Interlake-Eastern Health region
• Seven cases are in the Northern Health region
• 18 cases are in the Southern Health–Santé Sud health region
• 49 cases are in the Winnipeg Health region
