An arson charge against the man formerly accused of setting a fire that burned down the Towers Hotel in Dauphin has been stayed.
The Crown stayed charges against Terrence Guiboche on Tuesday.
The Crown Attorney tells CKDM the Fire Investigator's report found the cause of the fire to be undetermined. Therefore, there was no way of proving the fire was arson.
