A Manitoba family of performers are taking front stage when it comes to mental illness.
Premiering on CBC television tomorrow at 9 pm, Being Greene takes an intimate look into one family's struggle with mental illness.
Director Jeff Newman, says the film has allowed the family to share their story with others.
"The film is about a family, I mean it's a very intimate portrait of a family that have been battling mental illness for some time and the film is an opportunity for them to share their story I guess with the world."
The one-hour documentary that airs tomorrow, comes one-week after Mental Illness Awareness Week.
