No one is injured after a big grass and brush fire in Swan River.
Swan River Fire Department Deputy Chief David Madill says it appears the fire started inside the landfill.
The Minitonas Fire Department was called in to assist in fighting the blaze.
Manitoba Hydro and Manitoba Fire-TAC helped as well.
Fire crews were called in around 12:30 and wrapped up around 5 yesterday afternoon.
Madill says he's not aware of any property damage, except for some scorched Hydro poles and some farmer fencing.
