Two people from Swan River are facing charges after RCMP carried out a search warrant in the community.
48-year-old Daniel Panko and 43-year-old Sandra Panko have each been charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking and possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. Daniel Panko is also charged with breach of probation.
Mounties say Swan River RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on Saturday and seized marijuana, cell phones, scales and other drug paraphernalia.
Both accused appeared in Dauphin Provincial Court today and are next scheduled to appear in court in Swan River on April 29.
