Charges have been laid in a single vehicle rollover that occurred last summer on Highway 5, west of Gilbert Plains.
55-year-old Connie Frances Ironstand of Valley River First Nation is charged with two counts of driving over .08 causing bodily harm and one count of breach of recognizance.
Police say, on the night of August 16 last year, an Ethelbert RCMP officer came across a car upright in a ditch. The four occupants of the car were taken to hospital; two of them were transferred to Winnipeg.
Ironstand is scheduled to appear in Dauphin Provincial court on April 7.
